Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
No. A personalized product is made especially for you: it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please check your characters and chosen color carefully before confirming your order.
Can I return only the tag from a piece of luggage?
No. The tag is part of the luggage and cannot be returned separately.
